UCF owner Matt Newton has over 15 years in the restoration industry. What began as a college job, quickly turned into a career. After many years of learning from many great talents, Matt decided to take the leap into business ownership.

In 2021, UCF Restoration was created. Family was quickly called upon to fill many positions, along with a few great technicians who have crossed paths throughout the years. UCF quickly became a known name throughout Mid Michigan apartment properties, assisting in many large projects. Simultaneously, UCF gained traction throughout home in the Mid Michigan area thanks to many of our insurance partners, as well as word of mouth.
